注意・禁止事項 – Basic Guideline

• 出展はオリジナルの作品・表現に限ります。オフィスよりオリジナルでないと判断された場合、出展をお断りいたします。
• Only 100% original work can be exhibited.
• 公序良俗を著しく乱す行為や作品の出展、イベントの趣旨に沿わないとオフィスが判断した場合、出展をお断りする場合があります。それらの場合、出展料金はお返しできません。
• Please note if YAD Office discovers work which is not original, we will refuse your application at our own discretion or ask you to remove your booth from the venue, in which case please understand the registration fee is non-refundable.
• ブースは全ブース売り切れ次第、受付終了となります。
• Once all booths are sold out, no further applications will be accepted.
• 盗難、万引き、物品売買、事故、けが、紛失等のトラブルについて、オフィスでは一切責任を負いかねます。
• The yaa Office accepts no responsibility for theft, loss, damage, injury or any other such accidents.
• yaaオフィスでは、yaaに出展された作品並びに出展者個人に関連する法律上の責任を負いかねます。
• yaaOffice accepts no responsibility for exhibitors’ or artists’ work with regards to copyright laws.
• 会場で撮影した写真や提出して頂いた作品資料は、yaaから発行する印刷物、および広報活動などに使用させて頂く場合がございます。予めご了承下さい。
• Pictures taken at the venue, and materials submitted to us, may be used for promotional and advertising purposes by the yaa. Thank you for your understanding.
• 食品の出展・販売できます。但し食中毒などが発生した場合の責任は出展者様となり、イベント側では、一切の責任を負いません。
• You can exhibit and sale of food . However responsibility in the case of food poisoning , such as has occurred becomes the exhibitor like , in the event side , it does not take any responsibility .
• 火気の取り扱いはできません。
• Handling firearms is prohibited.
• 商業目的でヘアメイクやネイル、マッサージなどの施術行為はお断りいたします。なお、ファッションショーや作品販売に付帯するサービスの一環として無料で行う場合は問題ありません。
• Having a hair and make-up salon for business purposes in the event hall is prohibited by the Health Department, even if you are a licensed hairdresser.　Creating hairstyles and using make-up as part of a fashion show or individually, is permitted.

お申込みに関して – Application

• お申込とご入金の2点が確認され次第、ブース確保及び出演確定となります。タイミングによってはブースが売り切れる事もございますので、お早めにお支払い下さい。
• Registration will be completed once your application form has been received and your payment has been confirmed. Please make your payment as soon as possible to ensure your participation as booths sell out quickly.
• 参加人数を超える出展者パスはご購入いただけません。
• You may not order additional exhibitors passes more than the number of exhibitors or person helping your setting.
• 1名義1申込みとさせて頂きます。(1名義で複数ブースの申込みは可能です)
• Only one exhibitor may make only one application (however it is possible to apply for any number of booths).
• 郵送・FAXにてお申し込み頂いた場合も、以降の御連絡は全てメールにて行わさせて頂きます。
• When you apply by mail and FAX, all the communication after it uses the email.
• ライトアップ・電子機器等、電気を必要とする方は、必ず電源をお申し込み下さい。
• If you need electricity such as a light up / electronics, Please apply for a power supply.

出展に関して – Exhibition

• 近隣出展者の迷惑になる行為、展示方法はおやめ下さい。
• Please be considerate of your neighbors when you exhibit or perform.
• 作品の搬入、搬出の宅配便利用できます。
• Loading of the work , you can courier use of the carry-out 
• 会場内でのスプレーの使用は禁止されています。
• Aerosol spray paint is NOT permitted inside the venue.

お支払いについて – Payment

• 一度支払われた料金は、キャンセルの場合でもお返しできません。開催が不可能になった場合(天災、交通機関のマヒ等)も料金はお返しできません。
• Please understand that your registration fee is non-refundable, even if you decide to cancel or the event is cancelled due to special circumstances such as natural disasters, transportation problems etc.
• ブース出展料金は、お申込日から10日以内にお支払い下さい。お支払い期限を経過した場合はキャンセルとなります。
• Please complete your exhibition payment within 10 days of application, or your application will automatically be cancelled.

ブースの配置に関して – Booth location

• ブースの場所はご入金の先着順に決定致します。位置指定は出来ませんので予めご了承下さい。
• Booth location will be decided in advance by the YAD Office based on the order that applications and payments are received. And requests for spcific booth location can’t be accepted.
• ブース番号は、イベント一ヶ月前に送付予定の「出展のご案内」にてお知らせいたします。
• Booth No. will be announced with ‘Event Packages’ sent around 1 month before the event.
• 他出展者とブースの隣接をご希望の際は、双方の隣接希望欄にお互いの代表者氏名をご記入の上、同日にお申込み・ご入金下さい。尚、ブースの都合上ご希望に添えない場合もあります。
• If you require a location near another exhibitor’s booth, please also state another exhibitor’s applicants name each other and complete both your payment(s) at the same time. Please understand that your request may not be possible due to the limited location of booths available.
• 背面同士でブースを配置することはできません。
• Applying more than 1 booth, booths are located next each other, it is not possible to located back to back as well as in case you request to locate with other exhibitors’ booths.

ブースの設営に関して – Booth setting

• ブースには仕切りのパーテーションはありません。壁の前面の床に展示して頂くことは可能ですが、来場者の通行の邪魔にならないように展示してください。クレームが発生した場合、事務局側の判断で展示品の撤去を行う場合もございますのでご注意ください。
• There is not the partition at a booth. You can exhibit on the floor of the front of the wall, but please exhibit it not to interfere with the traffic of the guest. In some cases, when an complaint occurred, we may remove the exhibits by The discretion of the Secretariat, please note.
• 基本的には、施設の壁面への釘・画鋲の使用は1部を除き出来きます。使用できない箇所は、ひっつき虫での壁面展示はOKですが、退去後には綺麗に清掃してください。釘・画鋲を利用して壁面に作品を展示することもできますが、その際に空いた穴をイベント後に補修用パテ等で埋めていただきます。万が一、釘・画鋲の打ち込みが禁じられているブースで釘・画鋲の使用をされた場合、その出展者の展示は中止、即刻退去となるとともに、施設側から損害賠償を請求されます。絶対に施設の壁面に釘・画鋲を使用しないでください。また、設営時には、他の出展者様の迷惑とならないよう譲り合ってご準備いただきますようお願いいたします。
• Basically, the use of nails, pushpins to the wall of the facility will come can be except for one part. Please never use a nail / a thumbtack for the wall surface of the institution. In addition, During?construction, please be prepared?without?disturbing?other exhibitors.
• 荷物・梱包資材などの保管場所はございません。各自ブース内において保管いただき、お持ち帰りいただけますようお願いします。※盗難・紛失が生じた際の責任は一切負いません。
• There are not the safekeeping places such as a load / the packing material. Please keep it in an your booth, and please take it home with you. ※We do not bear the responsibility at all when theft / loss occurred.
• テーブル・イス・パネルなど、備品のお持ち込みは自由です。
• You can bring your equipment like tables, chairs and panels.
• 事故・盗難・紛失・第三者とのトラブル等に関しましては、運営事務局は一切責任を負いません。
• Besides the administration secretariat does not take all responsibility about troubles with an accident / theft / loss / the third person.
